Acceptance of These Terms of Service

The terms set forth on this page (these “Offer Terms”) set out certain additional terms and conditions that apply to the CoinTracker promotion and/or discount described in the email you received that links to these Offer Terms (the “Offer”).

These Offer Terms supplement, form a part of, and are incorporated by reference into the CoinTracker Terms of Service (the “CoinTracker Terms”) and the Offer is considered part of the “Service” as defined in the CoinTracker Terms. Capitalized terms that are used but not defined in these Offer Terms have the meaning set forth in the CoinTracker Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the email you received that describes the terms of the Offer (the “Offer Email”), the following terms apply to the Offer:

1. Eligibility. In order to qualify for and take advantage of the Offer, you must meet the requirements stated in the Offer Email and these Offer Terms. You must be a registered CoinTracker user and have a valid form of accepted payment on file. The Offer is void where restricted or prohibited by law. Certain categories of users, geographical regions, and CoinTracker products and services may be excluded from the Offer.
2. Duration. The Offer is valid for a limited time only and will expire on the expiration date described in the Offer Email; if no date is specified, the Offer will expire thirty (30) days after the Offer Email was sent by CoinTracker.
3. Restrictions. The Offer is for use at www.cointracker.io only. The Offer only applies to the CoinTracker products and services described in the Offer Email, and cannot be applied towards any applicable taxes or additional fees. The Offer is non-transferable and must not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold, including to other users of the Service. The Offer cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to previous orders, or combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. There are no adjustments on previous purchases.
4. Changes; Modifications. The terms of the Offer, including without limitation these Offer Terms, are subject to change by CoinTracker at any time. CoinTracker reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time in its sole discretion.
